1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RyzeMail ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RyzeMail regarding your use of the App.

2. Description of Service

RyzeMail is a native macOS application that allows users to access and manage multiple Gmail accounts in a single interface. The App connects to Google's Gmail service using secure OAuth 2.0 authentication.

3. License

Upon purchase, RyzeMail grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on macOS devices that you own or control
• Use the App for personal or commercial purposes
• Receive free updates to the App as they become available

This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App

4. Purchase and Payment

RyzeMail is available for a one-time purchase of $19.99 USD through the Mac App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay the listed price at the time of purchase
• Apple's terms and conditions for App Store purchases
• The refund policies of the Mac App Store

All payments are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.

5. Account Requirements

To use RyzeMail, you must:

• Have a valid Gmail account
• Authorize RyzeMail to access your Gmail account through Google's OAuth system
• Comply with Google's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Gmail account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use of the App complies with all applicable laws
• Backing up your important emails and data

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use RyzeMail to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or phishing messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt Gmail's services

8. Third-Party Services

RyzeMail relies on Google's Gmail service to function. Your use of Gmail through RyzeMail is also subject to:

• Google's Terms of Service
• Google's Privacy Policy
• Gmail's Program Policies

We are not responsible for any changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of Gmail services by Google.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors in the App will be corrected
• The App will be compatible with future versions of macOS or Gmail

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RyzeMail and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or emails
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Service interruptions
• Computer damage or system failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

11. Updates and Changes

We may release updates to the App from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or changes to existing functionality. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is fraudulent or illegal

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device and revoking access through your Google account settings.

13. Intellectual Property

RyzeMail, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RyzeMail operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RyzeMail regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
