How RyzeMail Works

RyzeMail uses Google's official OAuth 2.0 authentication to securely connect to your Gmail account. This means:

• Your login credentials are handled directly by Google
• RyzeMail never sees or stores your password
• All communication happens directly between your Mac and Gmail's servers
• You can revoke RyzeMail's access at any time through your Google account settings

Data Storage

All your email data remains stored on Google's servers and is cached locally on your Mac for performance purposes. This local cache:

• Stays entirely on your device
• Is never transmitted to our servers
• Can be cleared by removing the app
• Is protected by your Mac's security features

Analytics and Crash Reports

RyzeMail may collect anonymous crash reports and basic usage analytics through Apple's built-in mechanisms to help us improve the app. This data:

• Contains no personal information or email content
• Is fully anonymized and aggregated
• Helps us identify and fix bugs
• Can be disabled in your Mac's privacy settings

Third-Party Services
